mpai lets a named teammate view an explicitly shared native Codex or Claude Code session and contribute attributed prompts from another terminal. The host keeps the running session, with private Tailscale networking, roles and revocation.
Relevant to two-person coding teams sharing context without a new IDE or hosted transcript workspace.
Public alpha for macOS with existing Tailscale network; host Homebrew or Node.js 20+, guest Node.js 20+. Managed Codex mode supports remote prompting; standalone Codex view-only by default. Claude support targets local CLI storage. No arbitrary remote shell, deletion, archival or approval delegation is advertised. Sleep/wake and three-person certification remain next, with no large-organization certification. Session sharing and invite identity assertions are vendor claims, not security tests. No installation, invite or teammate prompt performed.
Pilot with a non-sensitive session and explicitly named invite; verify revocation and view-only restrictions before sharing client code.
