WinLauncher Standard is a launcher you fill in yourself. You register what you actually open, then press Alt+Space and call it up by the name or tag you chose. That is the whole idea. Everything and PowerToys Run index your disk, and they are good at it. But most of what you open is not a file on your disk - a Teams channel, a SharePoint page, the login screen for an internal system, a OneNote notebook. And for the things you touch twice a year, you do not remember the exact filename anyway. Here, a tag like "expense" or "quarterly" is enough. Free for 30 days. This app gets more useful the more you register in it, so give it more than a couple of days and let your list grow while you decide.
