Python 3.11+ with uv/pip. MIT code; BOE data has its own legal notice. Five read-only tools, at least 0.4 seconds between requests, optional cache. AI client/provider and hardware costs separate. Keyword alerts are not exhaustive. Consolidated text may lag daily publications; partial repeals can still appear vigente. Verify references and effective dates. Excludes EU/regional gazettes, case law and DGT doctrine. Connector contacts boe.es, but the AI assistant can receive queries/results; not wholly offline. Official text prevails; no legal or tax advice. No installation or hands-on test
